Hole in the Wall Century City Mall houses lots of tempting & enticing food stalls. After our horrendous dinner, we just had to have something sweet to cleanse our palates. Ohhh... cookies! ;9

Scout's Honor Craft Cookie Shop, Hole in the Wall

With a clever name like that, you know you're in for a yummy cookie adventure. I was hoping to see the servers wearing the familiar girl scout uniforms or at least the berets but there was no green in sight! :(

Miko & Kristine (owners of Scout's Honor) gamely posed for a photo & gave recommendations on which cookies to try for newbies like us.

Scout's Honor offers two kinds of cookies; prebaked & the to-be-baked ones. Let's start with the prebaked ones. Here's some of the cookies on display.

And now for the to-be-baked or simply named Craft Cookie.

Here you get to choose your own dough & toppings. How fun! ;)

There are 6 cookie doughs to choose from: Basic Chewy Cookie, Molasses Oatmeal Cookie, Herbed Shortbread Cookie, Vegan Cookie, Peanut Butter Cookie & Double Chocolate Fudge.

Oh and did I tell you that you can mix 2 doughs together? Twice the yum! ;)

And after choosing 2 toppings (since one of our dough already had chocolate chips in them), time to wait for 8 minutes.

And voila, here's our cookie selection for the night! ;)

S'Mores Tag-Alongs (Php 95)

This double shortbread cookie + milk chocolate layers + topped with campfire marshmallows + sprinkled with graham crumble was a sight to behold. Food-Stars Verdict? A bit dry for my taste. The marshmallows were hard & a bit stiff as well.

Cookie Inception (Php 95)

As Miko explained, this was a "cookie within a cookie within a cookie". This was chocolate chip on the outside & Oreo on the inside; a chocolate high waiting to happen. Food-Stars Verdict? Perfect for chocolate lovers. As for us, it was too chocolate-y (if there's such a word). ;)

And now for Craft Cookie by Scout's Honor.

Why the flooding of photos? This is to emphasize that this cookie is YUM! Forget the other cookies on display; get the Craft Cookie! Our cookie dough were a mix of Basic Chewy & Double Chocolate Fudge topped with dark chocolate chips & roasted macadamias. 

And that 8-minute wait will soon be forgotten especially when you get a whiff of the cookie smell as they take it out of the oven. As you take the first bite into the soft & chewy dough... YUMMY! We were raving about it even days after. Food-Stars Verdict? THIS is what cookie dreams are made of! ;9

Are we coming back? Yes! Scout's Honor awakened the Cookie Monster in us thus we leave you with this immortal line... "Me want cookie!!!" ;9
