It's time for another milk tea post.
The milk tea phenomenon seems to be going full steam ahead with no signs of stopping just yet. Being the milk tea drinkers that we are, we're always game to try new brands.
Dakasi Pearl Milk Tea, Banawe QC |
You can't just drive by and not notice this bright yellow smiling star.
Even from the outside, Dakasi looked like a fast food restaurant. They didn't have the usual tables surrounding the order counter. Hmmm... still not sure what to make of that.
To view their drink selections:
No milk tea place is complete without their framed pictures of their signature drinks. In Dakasi, the photos are on the counter instead of hanging on the walls.
Sample cups are available for easier choosing. The left are for the hot drinks while the right are for cold ones.
Happy Happy... |
Joy Joy... |
From the clocks to the cups, the smileys scattered all around should be enough to brighten anyone's day.
And now for the main event, the drinks.
Bubble Milk Tea Large (Php 100) |
As the sticker says, it's their version of Bubble Milk Tea. With my usual less ice at 75% sugar level, I couldn't wait to try it out. FS Verdict? Sadly, even after several sips, I couldn't place any flavor.
Taro Milk Tea Large (Php 115) |
This was taro-infused in every sip. Definitely for taro lovers.
Total bill = Php 215 |
Smiles all around... |
And the smiles continued. Friendly staff. Thumbs up! :)
