Midnight Snack Time at Bubble Tea, Wilson St Greenhills

After a grueling exercise session, we wanted something cool and refreshing to drink. With it's bright lights and pretty facade, we knew this was our stop.

Bubble Tea, Wilson St Greenhills

Outside...

Going in... :)
Can you say brimming with life? The whole place lights up like a Christmas tree. Inviting and cozy, the perfect tambayan place. White chairs and booths lined up the restaurant. Hmm.. couldn't wait to order.

Bubble light
Pretty fixtures such as these hung across the ceiling, lighting up each table seating. Fun and quirky. Kept me amused for a few minutes as we waited for our orders to arrive.

Takoyaki Balls with Salad

Okay, not wanting to ruin our recently concluded workout, we decided to keep it light. We ordered our favorite comfort food from Bubble Tea, Takoyaki Balls. This is 8 pieces of yummy goodness that melts in your mouth. And the side salad is not bad either (shredded lettuce with corn and carrots topped with dressing). The octopus balls were cooked perfectly and they serve this hot. Our favorite part? The floss-like things on top that seems to be "moving" because of the a/c :)

Royal Milk Tea (large)
Strawberry Milkshake (large)
To quench our thirst we each ordered a drink. All their drinks comes with small bubbles (sago). I had their Royal Milk Tea. It was smooth and slides on the tongue, perfect for those who like uncomplicated tea mixtures (like me). The sago was cooked perfectly, not too soft or hard. To address his sweet tooth issue, he ordered Strawberry Milkshake. With whipped cream on top, this was delicious strawberry in every sip. Milky, creamy and sweet... it's a dessert in a glass! :)

Thanks for the cool service! :)
