The night called for something sweet and what better else is there than cake? We ordered one for take out. Who knew that this plain-looking white box held one tasty treat?

Never liked the taste of alcohol but this one takes the cake, pun intended! :) Delicate-looking, this cheesecake was yum in every slice. Would've liked it better without the raisins though. FS Suggestion? Smaller slices are the way to go. The rum certainly leaves an aftertaste on the mouth.
