Boycotting World Topps Valero

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

The management at World Topps, Valero insists on changing the terms and conditions printed on the voucher.

1. It is clearly stated that under Standard Ensogo Terms that price is inclusive of all service charge and VAT.

Then how come World Topps, Valero is insisting that I have to pay for the service charge?

Attention Peaches (8403528, 09178667892), do not join any online group coupon buying site if you can not comply with the universal terms and conditions stated. That's false advertising.  People come there, prepaid already then you change the agreed terms? You have NO WORD OF HONOR! Then you have your staff show me the folder with all those Ensogo vouchers who all paid for the service charge? Ilang tao ang niloko niyo? If I only knew that you would be doing this, I would never have bought those vouchers in the first place. We came there to enjoy and then we had to contend with this kind of incompetence. Sino ang matutuwa.

Ensogo, it is your responsibility to check & recheck the merchants you allow advertising or joining your site. What's our guarantee that other merchants won't be doing this type of nonsense?  You should make sure that they comply with ALL the items listed on the voucher.

Universal Ensogo Terms yan, di pa nila ma-follow. Tsk tsk.

2. Clearly stated P250 for ANY CHOICE OF FOOD WITH FREE ICED TEA. Now, you have to order meal with rice toppings before they give you your free iced tea. So it's NOT ANY CHOICE OF FOOD. Kayo pa pipili kung aling pagkain ang may free iced tea? Seriously? E alin nalang sa terms and conditions sa Ensogo voucher ang sinunod ninyo? Lahat pinalitan niyo na. We even called beforehand, asking for a clarification regarding the iced tea even if clearly stated, to avoid confusion. Your staff Geraldine told us that we can get 2 free iced teas per voucher. We had 2 vouchers so that's 4 free iced teas. When we got there, papalitan ninyo bigla? No wonder, kung yung manager ninyo ganun din ugali what more pa yung staff.
3. If we didn't ask for Official Receipt, you won't issue one for us. Bawal yan ah.  

I have bought various vouchers from different merchants and this is the first time na ang tigas ng establishment, kahit inamin na nga nila na printed there and black & white na dapat di sila mag-charge ng service fee e nagpupumilit pa din kasi "yan ang utos sa kanila!"  Ikaw may-ari tapos yan ang utos mo na sabihin sa customers? Na dapat hindi sundin yung terms na you agreed to beforehand? Kung yung ibang tao, misunderstanding or they plainly don't get it, ikaw ang ginawa mo inutos mo pa na ganyan ang gawin. Take note, inutos so with conscious effort yan.

My advice to you, huwag ka sasali sali sa mga group buying sites to increase your exposure then hindi ka naman tutupad sa terms & conditions. It's that simple.  I hope na yung perang nakuha mo sa mga naloko mong tao who paid for the service charge even with the Ensogo vouchers were worth it. Coz as for me, I will never go back to your restaurant and will never recommend it to anyone.
