After a dim sum dinner at Causeway, we wanted something to drink that would cool us down (we've had our fill of their hot tea). We were driving along Banawe St when the bright lights of Ersao came into view.

For such a small restaurant, they sure had a lot of staff. Not really sure what the whole staff were doing just standing around the counter... maybe it was just a slow night. Ersao offers different drinks from milk teas to fruit shakes. Wanted something refreshing so we opted to have their fruit drinks instead.

The tables & chairs set up were more like the fast food-type setting. This gave off an air of no-fuss, simple eating.

One part of the restaurant wall featured this big collage of varying subjects. Some had their drinks featured while some were places in other countries. Not really sure what the theme was but in the middle of it all was the smiling face of the Ersao logo.

| Strawberry Fruit Shake |
First of all, in this particular drink they only use strawberry puree (from a plastic bag) mixed with water,ice and a couple of strawberry bits. If you notice, it also had none of the pearls that this drink comes with. According to the staff, it's out of stock. When asked if we can have other sinkers (since they're all the same price) in lieu of the pearls, she answered us "yes, pero may charge." Okay.... o_O Seriously?

| Mango Fruit Shake |
The mango version tasted a little better than the strawberry. Same as above, this drink had a bit of mango bits included & again puree straight from a plastic bag.
All in all, if you're looking for something simple & light, nothing extraordinary then Ersao is the place for you.
